Frustrated in finding JOB as an RN

Nurses Career Support

Published

Hi, I was wondering if somebody can give me an advice. I live in WA and have acquired my RN license in CA. Although, I had requested a reciprocity, that gives me 2 active license, WA & CA. I passed the NCLEX this year. I have a BSN degree and completed it on 1994 and a foreign nurse graduate. I have a very hard time getting a job being, I do not have enough work experience. But how am I supposed to get an exp if they say that I need to have an experience when they do not even at least get me into their residency program? I am a very hard-working loyal and dedicated person and I do have my employer to say that as well. I am willing to start anywhere for as long as somebody will hire me as an RN. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
