Is there anyone who can tell me where to find some good examples of Nursing Care Plans? Please let me know. Thanks!!!:)

I know there are some good books out there, but for websites try this site, it has links that may help also:

Student Sandra has posted some very useful ones. I was kind of partial to Careplans.com

I also bought a careplan book. First and only "excellent" I got on a careplan paper, I used that book! :D

My favorite care plan book is "Nursing Diagnosis Reference Manuel" by Sparks & Taylor, published by Springhouse, ISBN 1582550727.
