i can't help you only knowing that the patient has acromegaly which is a medical condition. a care plan is about determining what the patient's nursing problems are. that is done by making an assessment of the patient. assessment consists of:

  • a health history (review of systems)
  • performing a physical exam
  • assessing their adls (at minimum: bathing, dressing, mobility, eating, toileting, and grooming)
  • reviewing the pathophysiology, signs and symptoms and complications of their medical condition
  • reviewing the signs, symptoms and side effects of the medications they are taking

from that, all information that is abnormal is used to determine what the nursing problems are.

when you can provide a list of this person's abnormal assessment information, then i can help you put together a nursing care plan. you can also see examples of how this is done on this sticky thread: https://allnurses.com/general-nursing-student/help-care-plans-286986.html - help with care plans
