Since starting my job as a Med Surg Nurse, I've been searching for nurse brains that would help me keep my information organized for my shift. I eventually realized that I absolutely hate the layout for all of the premade PDF nurse brains that I found online.
GoogleDocs have really come in handy for creating my own brain from scratch. I have made a few versions that include multiple patients on one page, however, I am on a busy floor with multiple discharges and admissions day and night. I prefer a single sheet for a single patient. The other bonus of google docs is that I can continuously update and add information as needed.
I'm not sure if anyone out there is having the same issues finding the "perfect" brain. But might I suggest creating your own?
I am attaching my personal Brain and an older version with 2 patients per sheet- both created on google docs.
FYI: The anatomical figure and Lab value layout are both images found on google and inserted into the google doc, then adjusted to fit.

I kept looking and looking too, then my clinical instructor last semester gave us all these on the last day and I've been using it ever since. I love it!
