Nursing Books

Hello everyone,

I'm soon going to start nursing school in 2012. And my school said the books are going to cost around $900. :uhoh3: So I was wondering, which websites did you all [like to] buy your books from?

wow you're coming off good. mine will be around 1400 and that's not including the recommend materials. But I will OP amazon is good place to look.. I priced my books and they would cost half of what the school is charging.

I shop around on probably every single website that sells used books! Yes, it is time consuming but I save tons of money. I have also been known to buy older editions and international editions. No problems.

I'm definitely taking your advice!! I'm looking EVERYWHERE!lol And you are right, it is so worth the savings! Thank you!!! :)

My school said mine would be $1,500, but I got all of mine from Amazon including about 15 extra study guides and incredibly made easy books for $1,100. Plus, for students they do tons of Free 2-3 day shipping. I always buy mine new because I don't like books that are already highlighted in or are missing the CD's and such. Sometimes the used book descriptions are vague and don't tell you.
