Nursing Agency scam?

I am trying to track down America Nurse Recruiters, Inc. They owe my wife pay from when they operated in New Mexico. I have done some research and see that they have operated in California, Colorado, Washington, Florida and Oregon and have seen that they seem to be a fly by night business. Can anyone provide me with any information on this business, e.g. addresses, contact names/numbers?

Go to http://www.campusrn.com and do a job search. I think I remember seeing them listed about 2 or 3 weeks ago. If you get nothing there then try sites like moster and other job search sited. Hope this helps

My first stop would be to file a complaint with the Dept of Labor in that state for unpaid wages. Let them do the legwork.

If you want to speed things up, maybe you could check with the Dept of Revenue with the state- they had to have had an employer's tax ID number on file.

You could also try the Better Business Bureau or Chamber of Commerce to see if they have info on file or to file a complaint.
