Nurses Satisfaction

Hi to everyone!!

I am concern with nurses satisfaction at my institution. I am a Critical Care nurse at a Medical ICU. I just arrived two years ago no matter I am happy with my job and with team members in no time I start to recognize that nurses feel overwhelmed, or demotivated. I am looking foward to do something to help build or rebuild because some of them told me that the unit uses to be different spirit.

Could someone can help me with programs or ideas actually working at yours hospitals? I will meet with my nurse manager but I want to have some proven ideas on hand.
