what are nurses opinions of quality awareness

i am writing a paper and the topic is quality awareness. i need about five opinions of thoughts about it

What is "quality awareness?" I've been a nurse for over 30 years, most of that in leadership positions, and I have never heard that expression.

Is it a term used in the United States, or is it from another country?

("Quality assurance" is something I know about ... but I never heard of "quality awareness.")
