Nurses and Lawyers?

My friend and I noticed a trend and I was wondering if you guys noticed it too and if you had any idea why.

But before I decided I wanted to be a nurse I was going to law school. My friend is working on her BSN but is thinking of going to law school after her bachelors degree. I know a lot of other people who were considering law school but then decided on nursing or visa versa. Why do you guys think that is? It's kind of funny! I've actually noticed a few people here on allnurses that used to be lawyers.

I think it's because you have to have really good grades for both of them and be ambitious! What do you think?
