Does training for holistic nursing address the nurse's need to actively care for themselves and how?

Hi, I see no one has answered you, but yes most modality and theory training in holistic nursing as a specialty does focus on self-care first. I do this as my own business now because there is such a need.
A very smart thing, thank you!
Should be in all nursing programs.

Self-care is one of the philosophies of holistic nursing! How? Well, that depends on the nurse since each one is a different. For example. I use aromatherapy, music, singing, gardening, skin care, massage, and reading as a part of my self-care skills. Having great experiences in these skills, I can then share with my patients and educate them how there can be many ways to perform self-care to promote healing and mental wellness.

My program did... we had to create a nursing care plan for SELF care at one point too
