? for nurses who have endorsed into california recently

If you do not have speech as one of your generals in your ADN program but hold a current RN license and ADN degree from another state can you endorse into California? I see on their web site it says one must meet their education requirements to endorse in and speech is one. This was not required in my ADN program. If anyone else endorsed in recently without speech please let me know.

I endorsed just a few months ago and did not have a speech class in my curriculum. No issues at all.
