Im really excited because I have an interview for a nurse tech position on thursday the recruiter told me I would have 2 interviews one with the nurse manager and one with the residents. She said the residents ultimately make the decision as to if they want to work with me or not. has anyone ever interviewed with residents before? and if so what kind of questions do they ask and if not what kind of questions do you think they would ask? thanks for yalls help!
to clarify when i say resident i mean the people who live there..it is a skilled nursing and rehab facility

Wow, I am extremely impressed with the concept of allowing residents to be part of the interview process.
To begin with find out as much as you can about the facility. Go to their web page and do your research, so when they ask you, " Do you have any questions?" you can show you are knowledgeable about the facility and motivated.
I would imagine the resident may ask you scenarios. Say you have two roommates who have a disagreement, and how would you assist in solving that disagreement?
They may even ask you what is your best qualitites?
What is your biggest weakness? I hate that question too.
When you get interviewed by the resident please let me know how and why they came up with the concept or exactly WHO. That is so neat!
Good luck!!!
