do they take out more taxes out your paycheck if you are a nurse, such as certain taxes they don't take out of someone of a different occupation?

No they don't take out more for nurses. And what professions do they not take as much? I thought taxes were taken out per your income and number of exemptions.

taxes are based on income the more you make the more you are taxed and the number of exemptions you have.

No extra taxes are taken out because you are a nurse; you are taxed at the same rate you would be in any other occupation.
However, if you itemize your deductions on your annual tax return(s), there are a number of professional expenses you can deduct.
