I really do not understand how we have a nurse shortage, when a new grad goes to different places applying for positions as a nurse, and all they can say is you still need a lot of trainning, and we can't do that right now. Where do new nurses go for their trainning so they can have a job? I am so fustrated after all those years of nursing school. I sometimes wonder if I shouldn't of went for something else than a nurse. Please Reply.
