I noticed a company with frequent hiring for nurse reviewer or nurse reviewer associate. I'm thinking about sending a resume, however, I'm fearful the frequent availability of the position means there is something "wrong" with the job.
It appears to be an entry level case management position. They appear to provide good training as they hire new graduates as entry level nurse reviewer associates for one year until they transition to a nurse reviewer.
I imagine, it's on the low end of the paying scale. However, after about 27 years in nursing I'm up for something different. I can live with a lower salary. I have worked in dialysis many years and finding a job in case management, otherwise, is challenging.
Has anyone worked for this company or in the capacity of nurse reviewer associate? What can I expect?
