Nurse Review

Hello , does anyone know of any Nurse review course or program  that reviews  systems and pathophysiology and management of  the diseases? Something similar to Judith Miller or Hurst review for experienced nurses ?

Did you ever do the Ecco program? I thought it was pretty awesome, of course I did do that at the beginning of my career, so I'm sure I'd have a deeper understanding now. Also, the AACN has a lot of great continuing education courses, are you a member?
