Yes! These, in my opinion, are great ways to get your "foot in the door" and slip your way into the hospital setting. I recently applied for one and got it, but declined it do to some steep contractual obligations. Make sure you go over the fine print when looking at these potential positions. Good luck! :)

Wow! where did you apply? Apparently not all hospitals have the same rules, I emailed one and they told me I don't qualify because I already have 2 years of experience. I don't know, best of luck to me and thank you! :)
Baptist Health, Delray Medical Center, Holy Cross Hospital, UM, I believe Memorial Regional for peds and Maternity, Lee Memorial, Orlando Health, Florida Hospital thats all I know
Thank you! I looked up their requirements and I'm not eligible because I am not a newly grad and already have more than 2 years of experience, thank you for your time though.

Quick question, I graduated 2008 and passed my RN exam on 2009, can I apply for nurse residency program or nurse internship program? Since I don't have any hospital experience here in the US and not familiar with these programs. Thank you for your time! :)
