Nurse Residency at Orlando Health

I am a new grad with a BSN. Studying for Boards and applying to jobs, in Florida. I wanted to know if any one would be willing share their experience related to nurse residency at Orlando Health? What are the difference between Orlando Health and Florida Hospital ? It is important for me to work in a place where there is nursing excellence and a positive nursing culture.
