Hello! I am graduating in December and had an interview at memorial hermann for match day yesterday. I thought it went really well and I recently received an email that said application received. I thought it was odd so I checked my workday and it had created a new application that said in offer process, but I haven't heard anything from them.  I was wondering if anyone has had the same experience, and did you receive an offer? It was so competitive. Thanks!

Hi! I had my interview this week as well & I got that email several hours after my interview. Almost immediately after I got that email, I got an email offering me the position from one of the recruiters. My workday also said "In offer process" when I checked & I got the official offer letter in Workday the next day. This likely means that you got the position, congratulations!!!!

Hey! Congrats to both of you! I had my interview this week too and received an email from my recruiter yesterday asking for me to come do a shadow shift on the unit and to set up a 2-4 hour meeting next week! Mine still says “in interview process” on workday so hopefully it changes and I get an official offer soon.

Do you mind me asking what the base pay is? And if you know what the differentials are? I interviewed with TMC but I’m guessing it would be the same for each location

Yeah of course! Base pay is 32.50, TMC has a geographic differential of 8% automatically, so your base bay is actually $35.10. Evening diff is $3.90, night is $5.29, and weekend is $3

Base pay is 32.50 and evening is 3.90 and night 4.60. Weekends are 3.00.

I'm an ADN though so I'm assuming it might be different for BSN.
