Family member looking to move to AZ for new nursing field

I have a family member looking to move from OH to AZ. She has many years of M/S and tele experience. She's looking into long-term care as an option as there are many potential roles. Any insight into employers or does anyone have any experiences, good or bad? Some of the big employers are Life Care, Haven, Ensign. Which facilities are a no-go vs a go-for-it. Thanks for input. She's going to be here in April for the hunt and to talk with recruiters.

I used to work LTC then moved to med Surg/ tele, L&D. I went back to LTC not too long ago as an RN MDS coordinator. It's a non-bedside position. I think there there are other opportunities/options with LTC. There are also management positions that she can look into.
