I'm an RN in PH and graduated long ago. I only have minimal exp. (4mos.) in the hosp. setting and it's past the 5 year time frame AHPRA has set to qualify for the bridging program (please correct me if im wrong). I would really like to undergo the BP as it really looks promising for nurses aspiring to migrate to AU. I'm working for a bpo company right now mainly handling healthcare accounts. I can't leave my job since my family needs financial help and if I work for a hospital here in the Phils. I won't be able to support them anymore. I've heard from a friend that there are options to do the BP even without having an exp. Can I have some advice on this? Thank you in advance.
Hi Silverdragon102! Thanks for responding. Well the bottomline is I wanted to know If I'd still qualify for the BP although my exp. is limited. I've known from a friend that there are options where inexperienced nurses get to have BP. Is this true? Thank you.
