Nurse Practitioner

HI all -I  am currently licensed and board certified  as a family nurse practitioner in all 50 United States -and am looking to get licensed in Puerto Rico for Telehealth purposes -I will not be moving to Puerto Rico.   
Can someone who is knowledgeable give me step by step instructions?  The website seems so confusing to me.
