Anyone tried/owned a pair?
More specifically, a style like these?
Not sure if they would be a better bet than Sketchers.

If you go to Zappos.com you might be able to read customer reviews on them (if they sell Nurse Mates - I don't know if they do or not).
Hey, thanks!
They do sell Nurse Mates. :)
Maybe I can find a review on that exact pair.
Great site, btw.
Just found another pair I liked, but the reviews were awful.
Without em' I might have taken a chance & purchased them & regretted it.

I recently bought the Bryar by NurseMates. It's not a sneaker, but it's very comfortable. My previous experience with NurseMates was awful - I don't have a wide foot, but for some reason NurseMates always seemed very narrow to me. The Bryar is different, very cushiony.
I have small feet w/ a lil bit of width at the toes.
Sometimes I get jealous of those really narrow feet b/c I know they can be comfortable in the certain few shoes I can't be comfortable in.
Can't stand the look of wide toed shoes on me, though, & they're too wide & loose fitting on me.
So it's always a tedious shopping experience to find the perfect one.
Experience in shopping for the perfect white sneaker has taught me - If you want the best comfort & the best looks in one shoe, you got to pay the heftier price tag. Esp. with the all white ones for some reason.
