Nurse managers & recruiters: interview tips?

Published

What sets a candidate apart from the other applicants? (especially a new grad)

I really want to ace my next interview and land my first job after 6 months of waiting for an opportunity to come my way... now it's here and I don't want to miss it.

I get really nervous during interviews because I'm never sure if I'm answering correctly or if I appear professional enough, etc.

Anyway, please let me know if you have any pointers for a successful interview...

What do you look for in a potential candidate? What characteristics leave a good impression with you?

Also, when is it appropriate to follow up with your interviewer?

Thank you so much in advance:)
