Personally i would pull out the handy dandyy med surg textbook and review the basics/fundamentals of renal function, disorders, disease, specific (and non-specific) s/s, etc. And of course labs and their significance.
They won't ask you any anatomy/physio questions. More along the lines of how long can you work without any sleep? How many days of call in a row can you take? How do you feel about caring for 12 patients? If you are up for the abuse and can convince them, bingo! you're hired.
