What is it required to work as an ICU nurse in Germany? Could someone describe the working conditions and average salaries for ICU nurses in Germany?

Each EU country has different specifications. For example, many times if you are working as a healthcare professional in a european country you must have the required level of language skills (b2 level) usually you must take a standardized test to get the certificate proving your language skills, in your case, German... the next would be to have your education recognized by the unit which grants the right to practice (Anerkennung) you will need to present your transcripts (sometimes they might need to be translated to german but not always.. sometimes english is enough). .in some cases, it might be required to take additional courses to become qualified.. for example, if one is educated in USA, some of the scope of practice may differ from that of in Germany. Usually the salary of a registered nurse starting is about 2500 euros per month - if you have a specialty and specialty education which is recognized in germany than the salary may be a little bit more. Working conditions are good - however it depends on which facility you work in.
Thank you very much for your response
