Hi,
I'm also from the Philippines and living here. I would like to know what is going on with your applications or so on? Are u taking a CNA class or applying to take the NCLEX? I'm hoping for your response. Thank you.

You can challenge the CNA exam. But you still have to pass requirements accdg to the state.
In California there's a written and actual "demo" exam before you get licensed.
