NURSE ANESTHESIA

Hello! I want to ask what is the pathway to becoming nurse anesthetist in the US? I got my bachelor's degree in nursing back home in the Philippines. and currently a certified critical care nurse here in the UK for 2 years now. I am taking NCLEX this year to gain a year of experience in the US but worried about the educational qualifications needed for the CRNA program. Can you help me? thanks.
