Nurse Achieve Reliable?

Hi, I was just wondering how reliable Nurse Achieve is? I have taken multiple CATs throughout the span of the month I had it and have gotten "Pass-Pass" each time and tonight I took one and got "Slightly-Pass". This made me very scared as I take my NCLEX in 2 days... I think it might have been the nerves that might have affected how I performed but I was wondering if anyone could reassure me that it is a reliable source?

I used it and passed in 60. My classmates also used it and passed the first time.
