I would say that that sounds about right. I mean I did not count each question as I did them, but there are a lot of algebraic application questions. There were a few measurement questions. But there were a lot of fraction and percentage questions on the exam.
I ended up with a 88% of the math portion of the exam... so not too bad.
Just practice long division and multiplication by hand. I did a lot of that!
Also practice finding the areas of rectangles and such.

I was looking at the Math portion of my TEAS V book and it says that there will be 19 number and operation problems, 4 measurement, 3 data interpretation and 4 Algebraic application problems. For those that have already taken the test,how much of this is true? Of course I'm going to try and learn how to solve all of these different problems but should I FOCUS on numbers and operations since there will be 19 of these? Thank you
