NSCC RN Admission's...Still Waiting!

Anyone else here applied to NSCC's RN program for the Fall of 2011? I know they said we'd hear something by April 4th, but I can't help but check the mailbox everyday in hopes of some notification coming earlier. Damn - the anxiety! Anyone else in the same boat?

Got my acceptance letter today!! YAY!! Anyone else hear anything? Hard to believe it's really happening ~ FINALLY! :D

Congratulations! I'm taking the LPN route there this fall (kicking myself for not applying to the RN program...oh well!), and I'm hoping to do the bridge a year afterwards.

It's so exciting getting the letter, well done!

Sorry it took a bit for me to get back online. Thanks for the Congrats - have you heard anything yet? My overall GPA isn't great - about a 2.94 - because I messed around my first time through college. However, that was 18 years ago, and I have a 3.6 in my science prereqs. My TEAS score was 92 percentile.

Well, first off my letter took 8 days to go from Danvers to Peabody...one town away, ugh! Then they told me I got "waitlisted". I called the school and they said they were in the process of ranking the "waitlist". Then, yesterday I got a phone call from NSCC telling me I was #1 on the Waitlist - then the lady told me that they had 1 opening...so I'm in!!!!!! :) I'm psyched! They're sending out the packet and everything the first of the week. The way the mail processing seems to be going, hopefully I'll have it all in time for Memorial Day. :D
