NP starting salary in Northern VA area?

Does anyone have any information on the typical NP starting salary in the Northern VA area..specifically Fredericksburg/Stafford? Or know where I can find a good resource? Most of the websites I have found are the "average" NP salaries which don't take into account years of experience or speciality. I need help with negotiating my first job offer!
