np rate per patient

Hi! I am a new graduate with 10 years RN experience in acute home care.Got an offer as wound Np to consult patients in nursing homes.I will be on 1099 and will get paid monthly per patient 25$ for initial/follow up,42$ visit+debridement .Don't want to sound greedy,but isn't it too low? Please,share your opinion.
