NP Board Exams California

I'm a last year NP student and would like to know which board exam to take to practice in California?

Based on this website: http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/np-app.pdf

- I heard one board exam allows only practice in CA while another allows practice nationally? Which one is that?

- I heard on board exam is harder and one is less?

- Where to find the sample questions?
