Novant New Grad Residency Spring 2026

UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

I wanted to make a thread for anyone else applying as a New Grad at Novant locations for Spring 2026. My interview is the 17th, and I'm hoping to find other people who are applying so that we can update each other on the process and offer timeline.
 

I had an interview scheduled for today - but no one reached out. Checked my applicant portal and it says "reviewed, not selected" updated as of this morning. I had just double-checked my portal last night because my interview confirmation email said to ensure my resume and phone number were up to date, since the recruiter would be calling the number listed in the portal. 

I reached out to clarify they didn't have any issue reaching me, or if they just cancelled on their end - but it was definitely discouraging. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

OMG I'm so sorry. 😞 I hope you emailed the new grad residency people/email I'm assuming? I hope it was just an error. Don't give up! See if you can get it rescheduled. Keep your head up and good luck! Try atrium health too

Yes but it's okay, it truly just wasn't meant to be, I got an offer today for my top choice at another hospital 😊.  Good luck to you as well!
