Novant New Grad Residency Spring 2026

I wanted to make a thread for anyone else applying as a New Grad at Novant locations for Spring 2026. My interview is the 17th, and I'm hoping to find other people who are applying so that we can update each other on the process and offer timeline.

 I applied the very next day the apps was open I had my interview the 17th of July, and received an email saying a decision will be made this month, only thing I seen is my profile changed from interviewing to under consideration and that was a week ago

I got my offer letter last week for winston salem

Did you interview for a specialty, and if so did you get one of your choices?

My interview was very casual and lasted 10-15 minutes. I can't really remember what they asked except for why I was interested in my top pick specialty.

Congrats. I interviewed the 17th and my interviewer made it look like she was impressed and everything went so well but I have not heard back. And weirdly she told me it's possible I won't hear back until December which is so odd to me..I'm in a different state and my lease ends January 2nd so I cannot wait that long without an offer because I have to put a 60 day notice in and find a place to stay if I do get the job. I'm bummed. 
 

I now def feel like I didn't even get a position after seeing a few people already got offers..🥲

I interviewed Sept 17 and still haven't heard back. How long did it take for them to get back to you? And btw congrats!!

I got an offer for CCU in Charlotte. I'm waiting for some other interview results to make my decision. I think Novant CCU would be the best opportunity for me to learn, but financially the other would work better with their bonus and tuition reimbursement.
