I see all of the ads for positions but then they say they are "freezing" positions. What is the story?

Well, I guess I was wrong. It seems like there is no problem with getting jobs in N.C. and no hiring freezes.

I'm having the same exact problem I see the positions online but not to many interviews. Are you interested in home health, if so try Bayada

No, not intrested in HH. I was just so surprised the ads were placed but no action taken to fill positions.

I have heard this same comment from alot of ppl in the area.:cry: I'm sry to say that you would have to be wrong. I began my orientation last week:yeah: and there were 75 ppl in our orientation. While they may not be calling back as fast as you feel they should you have to understand that there was a hiring freeze last year and many of those ppl may have been called back first. There are more oppurtunities coming up! I suggest that you update your application often and apply to many positions instead of just 1 or 2. If you see them online then they r hiring:redpinkhe
