Novant Health New Grad RN Residency Summer 2026

UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

I wanted to make a thread for anyone else applying as a New Grad at Novant locations for Summer 2026. My interview was on the 16th, and I'm hoping to find other people who are applying so that we can update each other on the process and offer timeline.

I believe they stated anyone who applied up until December 15th will be considered early decision and will hear back no later than early March! So excited.

ED is my first choice. ICU as my second! And the greater Charlotte area. Let's keep eachother updated as far as hearing anything back about offers and whatnot 😂

I had my interview with the HR back in November and still haven't heard anything back yet, so I am a bit nervous since my interview was really early. I graduate this May, so I joined the Summer cohort. I was wondering if anyone else has heard back from them regarding the application.

I don't think they've gotten back to anyone with a decision yet for the Summer cohort so you're good! We should be hearing back the first week of March since we would be considered early decision

Hi! I also applied and interviewed with Novant! I remember on the info session they said March, but some others I know who interviewed were told by their interviewer late Jan/early Feb so I am hoping that is more accurate since I'm eager to hear back. I'm curious when those from last Summer's cohort heard back

Yes, my interviewer told me late Jan/early Feb but on the emails they sent out it says March. Def hoping to hear back sooner than later. What region and specialty did you ask for?
