I've been worried about it too. They told me that on their end it shows completed and there is nothing more they need from me so hopefully it's fine. but even after that they still never manually changed it so I still feel a little weird about it. I was hoping maybe the person who interviewed me just hasn't been marking them and that's all.

mine actually never even updated to say interview completed, it was a whole thing I had to get in contact w them haha and it still hasn't changed so im not the best reference for that but my friends' say hiring manager completed interview if that helps!

Hi! I also applied and interviewed with Novant! I remember on the info session they said March, but some others I know who interviewed were told by their interviewer late Jan/early Feb so I am hoping that is more accurate since I'm eager to hear back. I'm curious when those from last Summer's cohort heard back

Hi! I'm a senior in nursing school looking into application timelines. Is there anyone on here who could tell me when Novant (Charlotte, NC) opened their applications for this Summer cohort of 2025? I will be in the Summer 2026 cohort but their website right now just says 6-9 months from graduation. I want to be on top of it and have my resume done so just wondering if anyone remembers when they applied/apps opened last cycle!
