Nova Southeastern University BSN Fall 2023

Hi everyone!

I saw that there isn't a form for this application cycle yet and I decided to make one! I'm currently applying to Nova for the fall 2023 semester. I finished the NursingCas and supplemental application and now I'm just waiting for them to receive my transcripts. Is anyone else in the same boat? Also, anyone that has gone through the process have any tips on the interview?

Oh cool. I was trying to go to Broward for the AA but I didn't pass 2 parts of the HESI exam but now it has expired. So I figured I'd just go straight to an ABSN program since I have a BBA. I'm going to take nutrition at Broward too! I'm also going to try to study for the HESI because other schools require that exam too. Trying all my options. ?

Thanks!! I actually had my interview on Thursday and they called me on Friday morning to tell me all went well and I can go ahead and take the TEAS Exam.. They only give you 1 week to take it soo I'll probably be taking it this week..

Wow, a week isn't a lot of time to prepare at all... I had a friend who has taken the TEAS before, and she said that nursehub and the mometrix book helped her a lot. Also, if you don't mind me asking, for the interview did they ask you a lot of scenario-based questions or more basic interview questions? I'm pretty nervous about the interview so any insight helps?

The interview was actually not as bad as I thought it would be.. It was mixed questions, some scenario based and some personal questions but nothing that you really had to think hard on... Only about 4-5 questions in total.. Good luck ?

Which entrance exam is required? The Kaplan or TEAS Test?

Hi Liz so the school has not told us anything yet. We are still waiting on orientation dates we have nothing I just wanted to get an idea of what days and times would classes be? I'm trying to prepare myself to move I just want a little information on what to expect for the ABSN Fall thank you

Hey guys! I am currently applying and am wondering if anyone has a better idea of how much tuition is for the ABSN? The website it a little misleading because it says 18,640 for 3 semesters, but I know the program is 4 semesters. Has anyone who's been accepted been sent a tuition breakdown and have an estimate of how much the whole ABSN program is (with all the additional fees). Just trying to get a better idea. Also, does anyone know about if we get short breaks for Winter, Spring, or Summer? I don't see a schedule breakdown online. Last question is if anyone has heard anything positive regarding Nova's Fort Myers campus. Lmk! Thank you!

Get everyone! I am thinking of applying to the BSN program this fall at nova. Does anyone know what's the passing score or required score for the TEAS? Because I took the TEAS last year and was wondering if it's still valid

Does anyone know if they have gotten rid of the Kaplan exam and its just based on the TEAS?

pretty new to this website! and I see people are applying to Nova's BSN program and just wanted to know if anyone has received an acceptance letter and how long it took. I applied 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet, so wanted to see if anyone has been accepted yet, and how long it took after you submitted everything, thank you!
