Nova Southeastern University BSN Entry Level Fall 2017

I noticed there wasn't a article for this so I decided to make one. I applied early toward the end of fall semester in December after final grades were posted and got a interview shortly after. I been so nervous for the past couple of days and I finally received the call 9 days after the interview and I still can't believe it. Anyone out there applying for the fall term?

Is anyone interested in the Fort Myers campus? I called and they have already accepted 12/45 for the fall semester

I recently got accepted to the Fort Lauderdale campus on 3/28 my interview was on 3/21

so I found out in exactly a week. On the Kaplan I scored a 66% overall score and my Gpa is about a 3.6. Feel free to ask any questions about the interview and the test

Hey Chayane, how long did it take for you to hear back for an interview? Its been almost 2 weeks since my transcripts were submitted and I'm anxiously waiting to hear back

Thanks for answering!! Is the interview group or alone? Did they just ask a bunch of scenario questions or how were the questions formatted? Also congrats on the acceptance!

The interview questions consist of questions like

-Tell me about yourself in 1 min

-what would you do if a classmate is giving out notes/answers to a test

-Say your kid is in school and you get a call from the school asking you to come pick your child up, but you have a test to get to what would you do.

-A day before an important test you see one of your classmates leave their notebook behind what would you do

-What would you do if you woke up late on the day of a very important presentation

My essay question was: Tell about a time when you had to step out of your comfort zone

I didn't take the teas but from what I hear the Kaplan is supposed to be way easier than the teas and the hesi. The thing is with NSU everything is important not just the test, they look at everything from your GPA to the essay to the interview and the test they want to see where you at with the Kaplan

-the math section has a calculator

-for me the hardest section was by far the science

-the writing was the second hardest

The interview was not a group interview, they call each person one by one into a room where two people are you about 4 questions
