Has anyone joined NOVA? Just curious if being a member is beneficial if I'm already part of the union at the VA. I was reading the website (https://www.vanurse.org/) and don't see much of a benefit for $171/year. I also want to get my Nurse 3 so I don't know if being a NOVA member will make a difference for my proficiency. Thank you. ?
