Pick a state that you want to work in, go on their BRN website and see what the requirements are for a foreign educated nurses. You are also looking at several years wait if you're looking for a green card, and that's if you don't have one already. Good Luck
Hey, thanks alot. About the green card that i know. i have to get the place im working to get me one, so i have to get a job first i think. but the BRN is good, but i done know what i need and what i have because i guess its different names. or its just me that dont understand hehe.. i just found alot of things to pay for..
But really thanks alot. Hope that i can join you americans for a year! :) hehe

You are currently looking at 5+ years wait for a immigrant visa.
Starting point is getting license sorted once you have completed training and have a full set of transcripts. Decision will be made from the board of nursing in the state you apply to whether you meet their requirements or whether you need to make any courses up.
