They just started interviewing a week ago and will be interviewing until the end of August, so I'm sure acceptances won't start going out at least until halfway through.

I know of two people who were accepted either during the interview or shortly after. One was a declination from last year.

So if you haven't gotten  an interview request yet you probably won't receive one?

Hey y'all. I'm a current SRNA at NSU. Some things to keep in mind for your applications that you may not be aware of! NSU will send out acceptance letters to candidates after their interviews in as early as the next several days. This means that it is beneficial to schedule your interview as early as possible, because they will not wait to interview all candidates before making decisions! Also all interviews are blind interviews. This means that if you meet the requirements to receive an interview they purposely will not look at your information as to not a have a bias pre interview as to give everyone a clean slate walking into the interview. After the interview you will have a chance to speak to some current students, in a more relaxed setting, about any further questions. Good luck!

Do they ever go back and review the applicant's info after the interview? Or do they base their entire decision on the interview?

I can't say for sure, but it's August now so I would assume not but who knows?

Oh wow. Thank you for this. Also how is the program generally? How many students are in your current class?

I just called Diedra Youngblood 5seconds ago LOL and she said they are still reviewing applicants and will send out more invites

Thank you!! I was getting worried because I haven't heard anything yet

For those of you guys who had their interview already. Did you feel as though you bumped it? I just had mine and I feel like I just messed up the whole thing.

I interviewed a couple weeks ago and feel the exact same. I was so nervous, I feel like I stumbled through some relatively easy questions and completely bombed it 😫

For those of you that already got your interviews, when did you submit your application and is this your 1st year applying? I applied last year and got an interview. But I haven't heard anything back this year.
