Completed the on demand interview today. Does anyone know how long it takes to be contacted for an in person?

Thank you. I applied to oncology, 2 critical care, and OR. The interview asked which one I was most interested in.

For everyone who has gotten an interview - can I ask what your credentials are? Are you new grads or experienced, do you have your license already, did you submit cover letters and letters of recommendation? I'm trying to figure out why I didn't get an interview invitation and what I can do to be more competitive for next cycle.

I applied to the 2 oncology and the critical care fellowships and wrote cover letters for them. I graduate in December so I don't have my license yet, but my GPA is good.

I'm a new grad with a pretty good GPA. Besides clinicals, I was a student nurse intern and pca. Nothing major. I think it could be that you haven't graduated and don't have your license. I didn't get interviews until I got my license. Before that, nothing. Hope this helps.

I got the on demand interview video what were the questions like?

anyone else did the on demand interview? My status has been stuck at hiring manager review for a week now

Hey, I applied for OR fellowship position at 2 hospitals. I did the online on-demand interview. Did anyone hear anything about in person interviews? Kind of getting nervous LOL

Did anyone get called for an in person interview yet? Trying to gauge where they are in the process.. also if you did have an I person yet, which fellowship was it for and what type of questions?

I applied for peds ED. Followed up with my recruiter today (one week after my video interview). They said that they are still in the process of reviewing applications and should know more Monday. My status currently says "hiring manager review".

anyone go to an in person interview yet? (if so for which and did you hear back yet?)

Submitted my on demand interview this week. Now my application status says "under consideration".

Glad I found this thread to help gauge application process, I start to stress not knowing.

does anyone know how long it'll take for them to make their decisions after the in person interview?
