I got my rejection email about 2 weeks ago for one of the fellowships. It took a while though. Once I saw other people saying they got interviews & offers I just assumed it was a no too. Their process doesn't really make any sense honestly.

Hi no I didn't. When I got the invite for the video interview they had the recruiters contact info and so I kept in touch with them. For my fellowship there was no clinical questions. It was just personality questions and a lot of the same basic interview questions from the video interview. They did ask about projects and organizations that I was a part of and stuff like that.
