Northside L&D Inteview

Hello fellow RN's....I am a new grad and I have an interview with Northside L&D for their internship in a few days.....If you could please let me know of any interview tips or example interview questions that would be great!! I have seen past posts on general interview questions but im moreso looking for more advice specific to Northside and their L&D. General interview questions would be great as well if nobody knows about Northside. All and any advice is welcome....Thanks :)

I just come home from my first interview and I would really say,im unprepared...i didnt expect there going to ask me questions on how to handle certain patients with certain kind of diseases...my god...seems like NCLEX in the form of enumeration^^lol

patient with dka, cardiac problem and dementia with sugar level of 1200 then lessen to 300...what do you expect to be ordered by the doctor...gosh..i hate thinking about this...i messed up

WOW.... That sounds excessive. But thanks for the reply. I pray u get the job. Was this at Northside for there internship or was this at a hospital in your area?

this is not for northside...just giving you idea about the question...thats really ungodly for me..without given time to think^^ and being nervous wont allow me to think at all..i answer some but i forgot some...got block out

Had my interview today...... It went well. The interviewer asked basic questions. Like: Tell Me about yourself, Why L&D?, What are some of my weaknesses and how have I overcame Them?, Tell about a time when I had a difficult patient or was in a situation where there was conflict, How did I handle it?, Explain why they should hire me? And that was about it.
