Hello everyone! I recently received a phone call from a nurse recruiter of Northshore LIJ ED fellowship program and i am supposed to schedule an interview with them very soon. This is my FIRST interview for a nursing job and i do not know what to expect or how to prepare for it. Any input/feedback is welcomed and needed. Thank you so much!

I guess they are still thinking about the candidates and it's also the end of year
I think they will start calling people by next week

I too have interviewed with the nurse manager and HR on December 5th for a per diem NICU job . ( I am an experienced RN)
I was emailed to check for references, and following that have heard nothing. The nurse manager was very positive saying she would like me to start ASAP but have heard nothing. Maybe it's a hospital wide thing that they are not hiring yet? I feel better knowing others are in the same boat

I have a couple questions and I'm hoping you guys might know the answer! Do you have to wait until you are licensed to apply? Or can I apply when I am a final semester nursing student? Do fellows receive a salary? Did you apply directly to the fellowship or to a nursing position first?
