I have already posted this in the "region" section and I did not get a response.. so I will post it here as well..

Just wondering if there is anyone out there that has applied/has attended/or has graduated from NIU's nursing program. I am looking for any information you can share with me about the program itself. Any feedback, suggestions, tips, advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated. I am going to apply to the program but I have heard they only accept 160 students per year out of the 4,000+ people that apply. That really scares me!

I'm not sure the specifics on how many people apply, but that sounds like ALOT of applicants. I do think they have a few more requirements than some other colleges, if you do not have an associates degree already.
