Yeah mine did too. I've seen on one of the FB forums that there's a lot of confusion going on and that it's disorganised which is the complete opposite of what my two friends who have gone through have said. I mean people have different experiences granted so maybe that's what it is, or maybe there's new staff or something. I'm not sure but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
